Beyond this, I'm equally dedicated to assisting adult clients who are eager to shed old patterns and embrace new ones, fostering a deeper sense of fulfillment and happiness.

Together, we'll chart a path toward a future where you not only overcome obstacles, but also cultivate the essential tools to genuinely thrive, regardless of the twists and turns that life may bring.

I strongly believe in the power of the present moment. Instead of dwelling on the unchangeable past or fixating on an uncertain future we can take back control by focusing on the here and now.

This is where true transformation takes root, forming the very foundation for healing.

Guided by this perspective, my goal is to empower individuals to slow down and channel their time and energy into areas that they can actually control because what we nurture, will thrive.

My passion lies in working with teenagers and young adults— this is a stage of life characterized by curiosity, growth, and self-discovery.

This transformative phase naturally presents challenges, and I offer a supportive presence that listens and uplifts, without judgment or imposition of any "shoulds." This age group navigates diverse pressures, spanning from academic stress to social dynamics, identity exploration to relational conflicts, and so much more.

My commitment is to equip you with effective coping strategies and resilience-building techniques that will continue to serve you as you move through life.
